Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience in e-commerce, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling direct-to-consumer e-commerce for skincare, beauty, or wellness brands.
  • Proficient in Shopify or similar platforms, with a strong background in conversion rate optimization and site merchandising.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in managing revenue targets and P&L responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and external partners.
  • Preferred experience with clinically positioned brands and international e-commerce.
