Job summary

The Brand Systems Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the brand's operational effectiveness within a collaborative team environment. This position focuses on enhancing brand management systems to ensure consistent application and ease of use across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a global organization with company-wide rollouts and onboarding initiatives.
  • Proven track record in launching tools and enabling adoption with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with brand management, content, Digital Asset Management (DAM), or similar platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in project management or coordination within a brand context.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with Frontify, Templafy, or similar systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand colleagues to translate brand guidelines into practical tools and templates.
  • Own and evolve the brand management ecosystem to support collaboration at scale.
  • Focus on simplifying user journeys and maintaining brand assets.
  • Define processes for user engagement and maintenance of brand systems.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure clear user journeys and preemptively address issues.
  • Plan and execute structured rollouts and onboarding of brand tools.
  • Provide hands-on support to colleagues using brand tools and templates.
  • Manage project coordination related to brand initiatives and improvements.
  • Act as a trusted partner to various departments including Marketing and IT.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture emphasizing knowledge sharing.

Education

  • Relevant experience in brand management or related fields is essential.
