Job summary

This role is a leadership position focused on developing and expanding a Shopify channel to drive significant revenue growth in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge, data analysis, and marketing expertise to enhance customer experience and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in scaling Shopify stores for DTC brands, with quantifiable improvements in revenue, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
  • Proficient in Shopify platform, including themes, Liquid, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing tools, particularly Klaviyo, for segmentation and automation.
  • Knowledge of tracking and attribution methods across marketing channels.
  • Experience in health/wellness or regulated DTC sectors is advantageous.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with marketing, creative, and operations teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ownership and data-driven strategies.
  • Leadership experience or potential to manage teams in a rapidly growing setting.
