Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the impact of data, insights, and AI on customer engagement and business operations.
• Proven track record in developing strategic roadmaps and business cases for digital or AI initiatives.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across global and local teams.
• Strong change management skills to facilitate the adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with senior leaders and operational teams.
• Leadership experience in both direct management and matrix environments.

Responsibilities
