Job summary

The Director of Carrier Integration & Partnerships will oversee the carrier organization, ensuring effective management of carrier relationships and integration processes. This role combines leadership in operational design, AI-driven transformation, and delivery coordination while collaborating closely with various departments.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in leading technical integration, platform, or partner/carrier management functions, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics technology.
• Proven track record in guiding teams through operational changes or automation-driven transformations.
• Experience in managing partner or vendor relationships, including tiered relationship management.
• Familiarity with carrier or logistics connectivity concepts, with the ability to engage with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage operational relationships with carrier partners, proactively addressing changes and maintaining service availability.
• Lead the adoption of AI and automation to enhance carrier integration processes.
• Define and implement the operating model for the carrier function, establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery for carrier work, ensuring alignment with engineering and product teams.
• Develop and mentor team leads and their teams, fostering a resilient team structure.
• Collaborate with support and sales teams to enhance carrier literacy across the organization.

Education
