Job summary

This role focuses on driving business development and sales activities within the biopharmaceutical sector across Europe, with a strong emphasis on building long-term partnerships and increasing market share.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of demonstrated success in Business Development or Sales, ideally in the CMO/CDMO industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Established network of industry contacts in the biopharmaceutical sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate, lead, and finalize contracts for new projects with clients.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet annual sales targets.
  • Create proposals for prospective clients and maintain effective communication regarding company capabilities.
  • Facilitate site visits and coordinate follow-up communications.
  • Contribute to the development of regional marketing strategies and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide market intelligence and coordinate due diligence activities.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and business meetings.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt communication style to various audiences.

Education
