Job summary

The role involves leading the enterprise platform capabilities for digital workplace, asset lifecycle management, and IT service management within a global healthcare organization. The Director will oversee a team and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance digital infrastructure and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale digital workplace, asset management, or IT service management teams.
• Strong knowledge of end user computing, hardware and software asset management, and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
• Experience in modern device management and IT asset lifecycle optimization.
• Ability to align strategic business priorities with technology decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working at senior levels.
• Good financial understanding with experience in budget and cost management.
• Relevant degree and certifications such as ITIL or ServiceNow preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise platform capabilities across digital workplace, asset lifecycle, and ITSM.
• Build and lead product-aligned platform teams with clear accountability.
• Support strategic and portfolio decisions with executive stakeholders.
• Drive transformation initiatives including device management and ServiceNow platform evolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies and security requirements.
• Contribute to strategy and organizational development within the platform area.

Education

• A relevant degree is required; certifications such as ITIL or ServiceNow are preferable.

Tools

• Familiarity with ITSM platforms, particularly ServiceNow, and tools for asset management.
