Digital Transformation Student Assistant

Job summary

This role involves supporting the digital delivery and change competency area within Global IT at a biopharmaceutical company. The Student Assistant will help facilitate the adoption of new IT solutions by creating training materials, visual communication content, and engaging workshops.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (third year) or Master’s degree (first year) in Change Management, User Experience Design, Project Management, Business Administration, Digital Health, or related fields.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create visual communication content to effectively convey information.
• Develop training materials such as e-learning courses and guides for new IT systems.
• Collaborate with team members to design and prepare workshops, including logistics and materials.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops, capturing outcomes and supporting follow-up actions.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks, including building information sites for end-users.

Skills

• Strong communication skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations.
• Concise and persuasive writing skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a project-based environment.
• Curious and people-oriented, with a focus on understanding others' perspectives.
• Independent worker with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Comfortable facilitating groups of varying sizes, with a willingness to learn.

Education

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program.

Tools

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with SharePoint.
