Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international environments with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of IoT, automation, and AI solutions in industrial or service contexts.
• Preferred educational background in mechanical or chemical engineering; IT or business education with technical understanding is also relevant.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills, especially in Chinese, are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Identify new revenue streams and strategic opportunities for digital services.
• Oversee and optimize the digital services portfolio commercially.
• Support the development and testing of digital service mock-ups.
• Ensure strong customer experience during testing phases.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for documentation and testing of new solutions.
