Digital Asset & Content Operations Specialist

Job summary

This role involves supporting the daily operations of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and facilitating the adoption of new Marketing Resource Management (MRM) capabilities. It is a 12-month maternity cover position focused on enhancing content operations within a creative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Strong understanding of DAM principles, including metadata, taxonomy, governance, and content lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to define and maintain metadata structures and asset taxonomies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the upload, organization, and enrichment of digital assets in the DAM platform.
• Establish and maintain metadata and taxonomy governance.
• Serve as the primary expert for DAM and MRM, promoting best practices.
• Assist in the rollout of new MRM capabilities, including user onboarding and support.
• Provide daily support to users and resolve queries related to DAM and MRM.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely asset uploads across channels.
• Support marketing initiatives related to asset creation and distribution.
• Facilitate user training to enhance adoption of DAM and MRM tools.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning.
