Deputy Site Manager (On-site, Aarhus/Warrington)

Job summary

This role involves leading offshore operations and ensuring the effective execution of service campaigns and aftersales projects in the offshore wind sector. The Deputy Site Manager will oversee daily operations, maintain safety standards, and coordinate logistics while interfacing with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in the wind industry
• Knowledge of construction/service management processes and safety standards
• Ability to obtain GWO and country-specific medical certifications
• Proficient in Office 365 and SAP, with strong IT skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Manage daily offshore operations for safety and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and act as the primary escalation point
• Oversee marine logistics and resource planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and report progress to management
• Serve as the main contact between client representatives and vessel operators
