Job summary

This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to guide product strategy and decision-making in a remote, mission-driven environment. The Data Visualization Specialist will design dashboards and analytical tools to support leadership in understanding user behavior and product performance.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools such as Google Data Studio or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and data modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with experience debugging data issues and explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional, global teams.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift is a plus.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Interest in leveraging data to improve digital services and user outcomes in emerging or diverse markets.

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, story-driven insights for leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to defining product metrics and establishing a consistent measurement framework across teams.
