Data Student Assistant

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Business Intelligence and Data Management team by assisting with data preparation, validation, and reporting tasks. The position is ideal for a student passionate about data and analytics, providing hands-on experience with real business data in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or planning to start a master’s degree after the summer
• Studying Data, Analytics, IT, Engineering, Business Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in data-driven processes
• Proficient in Excel, with advanced skills being a significant advantage
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools is beneficial
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, validating, and uploading market, sales, and inventory data into BI systems
• Work extensively with Excel to structure and maintain datasets
• Help maintain product catalogues, pricing data, and retailer-specific data deliveries
• Conduct detailed data quality checks and support data cleansing activities
• Support recurring data management routines and operational processes
• Document data processes and contribute to continuous improvements
• Handle various administrative and ad hoc data tasks
