Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data science, quantitative research, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with statistical and machine learning models that demonstrate measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and the quantitative analysis ecosystem.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, machine learning, and linear algebra.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents in the development workflow.
• Degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Technology, or Engineering.
• Project and stakeholder management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build personalized recommendation systems using advanced algorithms and data mining techniques to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Develop and deploy ML/AI systems across various domains, including search ranking and content intelligence, to drive user growth and business success.

Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure).
• Knowledge of Apache Spark is a plus.
• Relevant experience in the gaming industry is advantageous.
• Strong computer science background is beneficial.
