Job summary

The role involves managing data science consulting efforts, focusing on the intersection of business strategy, data, and AI technologies. The manager will work closely with clients to shape their data and AI agendas, translating business challenges into actionable opportunities and guiding initiatives from conception to value realization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data, AI, or analytics roles, with a blend of technical implementation and business engagement.
• Proven ability to engage clients and translate business needs into effective data/AI solutions.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI models at scale, including NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, along with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines and big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and exploring new problem spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to uncover requirements and guide decision-making on AI and data science initiatives.
• Frame complex business challenges into structured analytical or AI-driven approaches, selecting appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and applying emerging AI technologies, building prototypes, and leveraging modern AI tools.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to help clients adopt AI in a practical, value-driven manner.
• Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support business development and mentor team members, fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation.
