About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the development and deployment of reporting products and services within a global operations center, collaborating with teams across various regions to deliver impactful solutions. The position requires a focus on media performance reporting and data quality control using business intelligence tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2–C2).
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in analytics/BI with large datasets, preferably in a media agency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of reporting products across various platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, web-based dashboards).
  • Deliver media performance reporting by extracting datasets from multiple platforms and ensuring data quality.
  • Develop campaign measurement frameworks and maintain dashboards and visualizations.
  • Perform data quality assurance to identify and resolve discrepancies in reporting.
  • Manage the reporting playbook and operations calendar, ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Collaborate with BI and Data Operations for data integration and troubleshooting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality and reporting efficiency.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI; familiarity with Tableau and Looker is also valued.
  • Understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data governance concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python (and/or R) is a plus.
  • Basic cloud experience (Azure/GCP/AWS) and familiarity with building data pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Tools

  • Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • SQL and Python for data management and automation.
  • Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager and web analytics tools.
