Data / Cloud Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

Seeking 2–3 hands-on Data / Cloud Engineers to assist a project team with practical implementation tasks. The role emphasizes building, enhancing, and maintaining data pipelines, cloud solutions, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Construct and sustain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Engage with cloud environments and services.
• Develop and uphold infrastructure as code.
• Provide hands-on implementation support and problem-solving.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, organized, and maintainable.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in validation, verification, and quality assurance activities as necessary.

• Practical experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python.
• Background in data engineering, including pipeline development and ETL.
• Experience in cloud engineering, specifically with Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, ideally with Terraform and/or Pulumi.
• Capability to work independently and manage practical delivery tasks.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Friendly, collaborative demeanor.
• Familiarity with GxP environments.
• Experience in validation and verification processes.
• Background in regulated or quality-focused settings.
• Proficiency with both Azure and AWS.
• Fully remote work setup available.
• Operating within EU time zones.
• Full-time workload preferred.
• Start date: August 2026, with a duration until December 2026, and potential for extension.
