Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data center operations.
• 1-2 years of experience managing staff in a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data center leads, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and security systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute data center builds and expansions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data center operations.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
