Data Analytics Specialist

Job summary

The role involves leveraging data and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the organization. The Data Analytics Specialist will work closely with various functional teams to provide insights, optimize processes, and promote a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a similar role in a complex business environment.
• A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain key data pipelines on the Skywise platform, focusing on optimization and automation.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop automated tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance productivity.
• Design and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to address business challenges.
• Act as a coach and advisor to teams on data quality and analytics use cases.

Skills

• Strong coding abilities in Python, SQL, and Java; experience with APIs and data structures is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and modern cloud practices is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Data Mesh principles and experience with Palantir Foundry is a strong plus.

Tools

• Experience with data analytics platforms and cloud infrastructure solutions.
