Job summary

This internship offers university students the chance to gain practical experience in the IT sector, specifically within Customer Success and Lifetime Value services. The role is primarily onsite and involves supporting the sales team in cloud services activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Availability to work 2-3 days per week.
  • Strong interest in sales and the IT industry.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with basic digital tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail and ability to collaborate in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Customer Success managers with cloud services sales activities.
  • Support the setup of P&L control in collaboration with finance contacts for global services accounts.

Skills

  • Ability to work in an international hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
  • Project management capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.
