Job summary

This internship offers university students the chance to gain practical experience in the IT sector, focusing on Customer Success and Lifetime Value services. The role is primarily onsite and involves supporting the global sales team in various activities related to cloud services.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Availability to work 2-3 days per week.
  • Strong interest in sales and the IT industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Greenlake Customer Success managers with cloud services sales activities.
  • Collaborate with finance contacts to set up P&L control for a global services account.

Skills

  • Ability to work in an international hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
  • Project management skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program.
