Job summary

This role focuses on driving business growth through relationship management and strategic engagement with brokers and clients in the Nordics, particularly in Sweden. The Customer and Distribution Manager will be responsible for developing tailored insurance solutions and managing a portfolio of relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in the (re)insurance industry.
  • Established network with corporate risk managers and brokers.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver client-specific propositions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying business opportunities.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English; knowledge of other Nordic languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and clients, serving as a key contact.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with the market and understanding client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored insurance solutions for clients.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Track business development activities and maintain accurate records of opportunities.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
