Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in the (re)insurance industry.
  • Established network with corporate risk managers and brokers.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver client-specific propositions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying business opportunities.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English; knowledge of other Nordic languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and clients, serving as a key contact.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients and distribution partners.
  • Manage an existing portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Track business development activities and maintain accurate records of opportunities.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in the insurance field is preferred.
