Job summary

This role involves overseeing the pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and close-out phases of a large-scale data center project, focusing on civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) engineering. The position requires a full-time on-site presence to ensure successful project delivery in alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in CSA project management, specifically in data center construction projects.
• Proven track record in managing large and complex CSA projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA pre-construction activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage CSA construction activities, ensuring compliance with budget and schedule.
• Oversee CSA system installations, including utilities, foundations, and architectural fit-out.
• Ensure CSA designs align with overall project intent and client expectations.
• Supervise CSA subcontractors and vendors, ensuring safety and specification compliance.
• Conduct inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Lead CSA handover processes and assist in project closeout.
• Act as the primary contact for CSA-related issues between the client and construction team.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, addressing any cost overruns or delays.
