Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on various projects.
• Degree or equivalent experience in cost management or a construction-related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of construction disputes and claims with transparency.
• Quickly address commercial issues, change orders, and contract matters.
• Assist in preparing and finalizing accounts, ensuring clients receive optimal value.
• Develop estimates and cost plans for significant client projects.
• Facilitate effective project management through detailed cost documentation and communication.
• Participate in the tender/bid process, from documentation to analysis and reporting.
• Monitor project expenditures by generating valuations and cost reports, communicating variations effectively.
