Corporate Operations Lead (Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on driving the resolution of high-impact operational constraints within the Corporate Operations function to facilitate company growth. The position requires a proactive builder-operator who can navigate various domains, diagnose issues, and implement solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional operational initiatives from diagnosis to measurable outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking abilities, capable of quickly understanding unfamiliar domains and mapping workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to distinguish root causes from symptoms and provide evidence-based pushback when necessary.
• Proficient in establishing metrics and using data to diagnose problems and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve prioritized operational constraints from discovery to measurable outcomes.
• Work across various domains, including HR, Finance, and Engineering, to identify and address bottlenecks.
• Redesign workflows, create necessary processes, and drive adoption of solutions until outcomes change.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to mobilize resources and influence priorities.
• Establish baselines for operational velocity, capacity, and friction in relevant areas.
• Communicate capacity needs and escalate issues when necessary.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• High ownership and commitment to seeing initiatives through to implementation.
• Familiarity with AI and automation as tools for operational improvement is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in operations, business management, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with operational management tools and data analysis software is beneficial.
