Job summary

The role involves supporting and enhancing financial planning tools while facilitating the digital transformation journey. Responsibilities

• Provide training and change management support to enhance user confidence and adoption
• Improve incident resolution through data analysis and collaboration with developers
• Document business processes to support consistency and learning
• Enhance user experiences with finance tools and strengthen process adherence
• Develop new capabilities to improve data quality and reduce manual reconciliation

Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise performance management tools like OneStream
• Comfort with system logic and finance modeling concepts

Education

• Relevant educational background in finance, business analysis, or a related field is preferred.
