Job summary

The role involves providing operational support within a global mobility team, focusing on compliance, tracking, and vendor management related to tax and immigration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Track ongoing vendor tax, immigration, and relocation support.
  • Monitor compliance and documentation through mobility systems.
  • Validate and coordinate data for payroll reporting of vendor benefits.
  • Provide operational support and respond to stakeholder queries.
  • Review vendor invoices for accurate internal invoicing.
  • Support internal teams on immigration and tax-related queries.
  • Prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in system process mapping and data management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within financial or consulting sectors.
  • Strong project leadership skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and technology for operational improvements.

Skills

  • Solid business acumen with ability to simplify complex matters.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Results-driven with strong execution orientation and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a structured approach and attention to detail.
