About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Business Development team in a global renewable energy investment firm. The Analyst will conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to assist in the preparation of fundraising materials and investment product structuring.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in the final semester of a Bachelor's or first semester of a Master's program, preferably in business, finance, economics, or law.
  • Relevant experience in fund management, consultancy, law (related to M&A or fund formation), private equity, or banking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Perform qualitative analysis to prepare commercial fundraising materials, including market and trend analyses.
  • Develop quantitative Excel models for structuring investment products and analyzing capital structures.
  • Create materials for leadership and investor meetings.
  • Collaborate on selected projects with internal stakeholders such as legal and investment teams.
  • Handle various data and process requests as needed.

  • Strong analytical and structured approach to research.
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Education

  • High academic performance with a keen interest in strategy, financial modeling, project management, and renewable energy.
