Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, commerce, law, supply chain management, logistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in contracting, tendering, and market research.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with financial rules and regulations.
  • Review requirements and adjust priorities as necessary, developing clear goals for work completion.
  • Solicit and evaluate bids, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure competitiveness and quality.
  • Compile procurement data and prepare supporting documents for approvals.
  • Coordinate the placement of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of consignments.
  • Oversee adherence to long-term arrangement terms and contribute to dispute resolution.
  • Advise on procurement issues and formulate strategies to resolve conflicts.
  • Collaborate with other business centers to ensure successful procurement cycle implementation.
  • Monitor market trends and prepare forecasts.
