Responsibilities

• Provide training and hands-on support in continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S and DMAIC.
• Manage continuous improvement projects, including Kaizen events and workshops.
• Ensure improvements are sustained and aligned with performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with factory teams to enhance overall performance and eliminate losses.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality through visible leadership.
