Continuous Improvement Manager (Supply Chain, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on driving measurable efficiency, cost, and reliability improvements across the global supply chain for a transport reagents business. The Continuous Improvement Manager will execute the Continuous Improvement agenda, ensuring that initiatives translate into tangible impacts on performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement roles, particularly in logistics and inventory management.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable cost reductions and service enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate KPIs into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Continuous Improvement agenda to achieve sustained reductions in cost per liter/ton while enhancing service reliability.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving plant operations, procurement, and logistics from identification to implementation of improvements.
• Monitor and report on performance KPIs, addressing any performance gaps promptly.
• Support strategic initiatives such as network optimization and digitalization to enhance supply chain resilience.
• Standardize and implement best practices across various regions to create quantifiable value.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
