Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in a technical service role
  • Educational background in Mechanical, Marine, or Mechatronic Engineering
  • Proven leadership experience in international and cross-functional settings
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Service Project Managers, Field Service, Service Administration, and Installation & Commissioning teams
  • Develop and implement technical service strategies tailored to regional and customer needs
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process equipment and processing lines
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Service Team on technical solutions and service offerings
  • Contribute to the development of the global service organization with cross-regional coordination
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance within the service area
  • Manage case handling, planning, and follow-up using CRM and D365
  • Handle service warranty cases and customer claims
