Job summary

The role of Senior Revenue Operations Manager involves supporting the Revenue Operations team by enhancing processes across customer-facing teams. Responsibilities include managing data quality, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the RevOps strategy to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar roles
  • Proficient in building and managing systems in HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of the integration between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Experience in data analysis and process optimization
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve scalable workflows across the revenue funnel
  • Lead initiatives from problem identification to implementation
  • Establish automated data quality measures and reporting
  • Evaluate and optimize the tool ecosystem for ROI
  • Maintain internal documentation for organizational efficiency
  • Contribute to the RevOps roadmap and manage projects
  • Serve as the primary contact for RevOps support and implement long-term solutions

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes
  • Experience in strategic planning and quota setting
  • Excellent communication and training skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
