• Extensive experience in payroll within a client environment.
• In-depth knowledge of local payroll legislation.
• Proven track record in payroll implementation.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in local payroll tools and software such as SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in accounting and reconciliations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for payroll processes in the designated country.
• Participate in sales calls and client hand-over meetings.
• Lead the planning and execution of payroll implementation projects.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain detailed project plans.
• Document all decisions and create Standard Operating Procedures for Payroll Operations.
• Provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
• Mentor and support Payroll Generalists in the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the payroll platform and conduct UAT testing.
