Job summary

The role involves managing incidents and ensuring compliance while driving operational excellence across Nordic markets. The Junior Incident Manager will be the primary contact for incident response and will work closely with various teams to enhance incident management processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, compliance, banking, or a structured field with a focus on accountability and navigating complex organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from customer support to executives.
  • Ability to work in a technical environment, quickly learning new tools and engaging with both engineering and compliance teams.
  • Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to documentation and follow-up.
  • Commitment to transparency and learning from mistakes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Grafana, Humio, Incident.io, Slack, and Jira is advantageous.

  • Lead incident response as the main point of contact, available on-call during and outside working hours.
  • Manage CX on-call operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and team meetings.
  • Develop and maintain incident management processes, SOPs, and runbooks, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Innovate AI workflows and automations to enhance incident management efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, legal, and external partners, managing the service desk in Jira.
  • Work four days a week in the office to foster collaboration.
