Construction Project Scheduler

Job summary

An experienced Construction Project Scheduler is sought to support large-scale construction projects, particularly in sectors such as Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Chemical. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, especially in complex construction projects, with a preference for Data Center experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform.
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to build good working relationships with project teams.
• Tenacity and drive to add value and create solutions.
• Valid Danish Working Permit.

Responsibilities

• Support the on-site scheduling team in reviewing internal and contractor schedules, analyzing time impacts, and identifying risks.
• Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule.
• Prepare and oversee tasks to ensure project requirements are met according to the schedule.
• Assist in developing tender and contractual requirements related to schedule accuracy and milestone achievement.
• Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project.
• Review contractor schedules and provide recommendations to clients.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
• Monitor key delivery milestones and report compliance with the Baseline Programme.
• Interact with contractors to verify project data for schedule updates.
• Develop mitigation plans and assess contractor extension of time claims.
• Analyze critical paths and constraints affecting the project schedule.
• Plan site logistics for the project.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction management is preferred.
