Job summary

The role involves driving business development and growth within the life sciences sector, focusing on diagnostics and biotechnology. The position is fully remote and covers all European countries, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Business with proven account management experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong understanding of drug development processes, particularly Monoclonal Antibodies.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales: Build customer relationships, acquire new business, and develop sales strategies to exceed targets. Manage the sales process and prepare forecasts.
  • Key Opinion Leader & Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, represent the company at industry events, and deliver training.
  • Technical & Market Expertise: Demonstrate credibility with key personas in formulation departments and regulatory teams.
  • Work Closely with Medical Industry Bodies: Support customers in understanding guidelines and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Regulatory Strategy & Commercial Enablement: Collaborate with regulatory experts and translate regulatory developments into commercial opportunities.

Skills

  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and surpass sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and KOL management.
  • Ability to analyze market data and work cross-functionally in matrixed environments.

Education

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Business.

Tools

  • Familiarity with regulatory insights (FDA, EMA, PMDA) and market data analysis tools.
