Qualifications

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Business with proven account management experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong understanding of drug development processes, particularly Monoclonal Antibodies.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue growth and surpass sales targets through commercial insight and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new business and manage the sales process.
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and represent the organization at industry events.
  • Provide training to enhance brand presence and credibility.
  • Collaborate with regulatory experts and monitor policy changes to translate into commercial opportunities.
  • Support customers in understanding and communicating industry guidelines.

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical expertise in drug development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to analyze market data and work cross-functionally in matrixed environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business.

Tools
