About the role

Job summary

The role involves partnering with the Commercial Manager to drive the omni-Sales Commercial agenda, ensuring alignment across all commercial functions and supporting both pre-season and in-season planning through insights and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce or retail merchandising, preferably in the fashion sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in merchandising, commercial strategies, and eCommerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales reports and commercial KPIs.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the omni-Sales Market commercial agenda and collaborate with the Commercial Manager.
  • Provide input on local QCP and sales plans for assigned customer groups.
  • Analyze sales/demand forecasts and propose commercial actions based on weekly sales data.
  • Manage inventory topics in collaboration with Continent SP to ensure execution aligns with plans.
  • Oversee commercial operational planning, including campaign setup and assortment strategies.
  • Coordinate with E-commerce Leads and Visual Merchandising on execution across channels.
  • Conduct store and site visits to assess performance and share best practices.

Skills

  • Strong merchandising and commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in eCommerce strategies and analytics.
  • Effective communication and planning capabilities.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field is advantageous but not essential.

Tools

  • Familiarity with sales reporting tools and inventory management systems.
