Job summary

The role involves partnering with the Commercial Manager to drive the omni-Sales Commercial agenda, ensuring alignment across all commercial functions. Responsibilities include supporting pre-season and in-season planning, providing insights, and monitoring performance to secure appropriate commercial actions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce or retail merchandising, preferably in the fashion sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in merchandising, commercial strategies, and eCommerce.
  • Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting sales data and commercial KPIs.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the omni-Sales Market commercial agenda and collaborate with the Commercial Manager.
  • Provide input on local QCP and sales plans for designated customer groups.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and propose commercial actions based on weekly sales data.
  • Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure execution aligns with plans.
  • Oversee in-season commercial operational planning, including campaign setups and assortment strategies.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce leads and visual merchandising teams for execution.
  • Conduct store and site visits to monitor performance and share best practices.

Skills

  • Strong merchandising and commercial acumen.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation related to sales and performance metrics.
  • Effective communication and planning skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

Tools

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and retail management systems is beneficial.
