Commercial Finance Accountant

Job summary

This role involves supporting the financial operations of a global tech-driven company in the sports industry. The Commercial Finance Accountant will assist with accounts receivable and billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment processing while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent; recent Master’s graduates are also welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working with numbers and learning new systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable tasks.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support follow-up activities.
• Reconcile customer accounts and help resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal teams with billing-related inquiries.
• Prepare basic financial reports and documentation.
• Help improve and streamline administrative and finance processes.
• Contribute to system updates, automation initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks.

Skills

• Experience in a finance function (e.g., invoicing, payment processing, customer support) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP system is advantageous.
• Experience in an international or tech-driven environment is beneficial.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership as you grow.

Education
