Job summary

This role focuses on driving client expansion and automation within a rapidly growing compliance technology company. The Commercial Expansion Manager will develop structured account strategies and identify automation opportunities to enhance client operations.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, consulting, or strategic customer success role.
  • Proven ability to create commercial arguments or business cases from scratch.
  • Strong systems thinking and process-building skills.
  • Comfortable discussing automation and AI with compliance professionals.
  • Willingness to spend significant time at client sites for insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain structured account maps for each client, identifying usage, gaps, and expansion potential.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a prioritized framework for expansion opportunities.
  • Build a library of reference business cases to support expansion discussions.
  • Identify and quantify automation opportunities within client operations.
  • Lead the scoping, piloting, and implementation of automation use cases in collaboration with clients.
  • Represent client interests in internal product discussions.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior executives.
  • Ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with compliance and automation tools is advantageous.
