Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, consulting, or strategic customer success role.
  • Proven ability to create commercial arguments or business cases from scratch.
  • Strong systems thinking and process-building skills.
  • Comfortable discussing automation and AI with compliance professionals.
  • Willingness to spend significant time on client sites.
  • A proactive builder, eager to develop new frameworks and processes.
