Job summary

This role focuses on expanding the Microsoft cloud business by identifying and activating new partners in the local market, contributing to revenue growth and partner success.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales drive with a passion for closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem and partner dynamics.
  • Startup mindset, thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Danish (other Nordic languages are advantageous).
  • Ability to quickly identify and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Experience in cloud sales or partner-led business is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively recruit and onboard new Microsoft partners aligned with growth strategies.
  • Drive partner activation and sales acceleration across the Microsoft portfolio.
  • Expand existing partner and customer relationships to maximize growth.
  • Re-engage inactive partners to enhance their Microsoft business through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Manage a structured pipeline of partner leads and forecast in CRM.
  • Collaborate with local teams to ensure partner success and represent the organization at events.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and vendor-led initiatives to achieve targets.
