This role focuses on managing and expanding complex client accounts in the Nordic region and the UK, with an emphasis on achieving revenue targets through strong relationship-building and solution selling. The position is remote and involves collaboration with both local and international teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in account management or sales within CRO, life sciences, or preclinical research
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive solution-based sales processes
  • Understanding of how models and services support customer research
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets and quotas aligned with the Annual Operating Plan
  • Manage and grow complex accounts, increasing share of wallet
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities within existing client portfolios
  • Develop a strong understanding of the CRO business, including strategies, markets, and competitive landscape
  • Build relationships at senior levels across CRO partners
  • Craft customer-focused strategies that create value for CRO partners and their customers
  • Drive solution selling of models and services
  • Align offerings with customer research needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including scientific partners
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems
  • Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions
