Job summary

The role involves managing strategic accounts and enhancing client partnerships to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. The Client Manager will serve as the main contact for key clients, ensuring a seamless experience and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in senior account management, sales, or similar roles
  • Experience managing global or international accounts, preferably in data center, colocation, cloud, or critical infrastructure sectors
  • Proven success in managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and account development
  • Good understanding of data center infrastructure and IT services
  • Ability to translate client needs into commercial and technical solutions
  • Strong commercial mindset with negotiation experience
  • Fluent in English (professional level)

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic accounts and client relationships
  • Drive account growth, upselling, and retention efforts
  • Handle contract renewals and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate across functions to coordinate delivery
  • Conduct client insights, business reviews, and maintain market awareness
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
