Job summary

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for leading the go-to-market (GTM) function, overseeing global Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to drive growth for an AI-driven market research platform. This executive role is crucial for revenue generation, international market scaling, and ensuring cohesive GTM operations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in GTM, preferably in B2B SaaS with revenue responsibility between €20m and €100m.
  • Proven track record in transitioning from founder-led sales to structured, predictable revenue organizations.
  • Strong background in Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of pipeline economics, forecasting, and RevOps.
  • Experience in enterprise sales and navigating complex B2B buying processes.
  • Understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) with a focus on monetization.
  • Experience in scaling operations internationally, particularly in the US.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable, data-driven growth strategy focused on profitability and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
  • Build and optimize a globally integrated GTM engine across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Lead a high-performance sales organization across various market segments.
  • Drive customer success initiatives to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Manage pricing strategy, packaging, and monetization processes.
  • Spearhead international revenue growth, particularly in the US and UK markets.
  • Utilize automation and AI to enhance lead generation and customer expansion efforts.
