Car Preparation Agent

Job summary

We are looking for a Car Preparation Agent to ensure our fleet of vehicles is ready for rental. This role involves preparing and servicing vehicles, making sure they are clean, refueled or recharged, and in excellent condition for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Clean, refuel/recharge, and prepare vehicles for rental, ensuring they are in pristine condition.
• Check fluid levels and tire pressures for all vehicles.
• Complete and attach out-of-service tags and move vehicles to the maintenance area when necessary.
• Identify vehicles flagged for grounding, turnback, or preventative maintenance and ensure they are relocated to the appropriate lot.
• Assist with additional tasks as requested by management, especially during quieter periods.
