About the role

Job summary

The role involves managing and coordinating the Project Management Building (PMB) to ensure effective communication, safety compliance, and operational excellence on-site. You will act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, overseeing logistics and facility management while ensuring a productive environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and strong working knowledge of Danish.
  • Familiarity with Danish safety regulations and roles, specifically the Arbejdsmiljøkoordinator.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as BIM 360 or Procore.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface for non-technical site communications and manage client relations.
  • Oversee PMB compliance with Danish Building Code and safety standards.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new contractors, including safety inductions and access control.
  • Coordinate site logistics and maintenance of office facilities.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting on site operations and compliance metrics.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and logistics effectively.

Education

  • Relevant qualifications in project management or related fields preferred.

Tools

  • BIM 360, Procore, and other construction management platforms.
